Professional Background

Before entering real estate, Allan enjoyed a distinguished career with Air Canada as both an airline captain and senior director. These demanding roles required careful preparation, clear communication and the ability to make important decisions under pressure — qualities that continue to serve his real estate clients today.

After transitioning to real estate with RE/MAX Real Estate Centre, Allan quickly established himself as a trusted and successful Sales Representative. His dedication to his clients and consistent sales performance led to his induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Allan also served as Mayor of Erin for eight years. His time in public office gave him valuable insight into municipal government, infrastructure, development and the issues affecting rural communities. This experience provides an important perspective when helping clients navigate real estate decisions throughout Erin, Wellington County and the surrounding Headwaters Region.

Community Leadership

Allan has spent many years serving the community in leadership and volunteer roles. He currently serves on the Police Services Board for Wellington, is President of the East Wellington Family Health Team Board and is a Trustee of Erin United Church. He is also a former President of the East Wellington Community Services Board.

In recognition of his commitment to service, Allan received the Rotary Paul Harris Award, one of Rotary’s most respected honours.
